2. Products
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, packaging may vary from images shown, and minor manufacturer changes that do not affect the statutory qualities of the product do not in themselves constitute defects.
Product information, including information necessary for safe use, is provided on the product page, packaging, label or accompanying documentation where required by applicable law.
3. Orders
When placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
The automatic order receipt confirms that we have received your order. A purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order, including by sending a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirming acceptance of the order.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are shown during checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available during checkout. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. Orders will only be processed after successful payment unless another payment method has been agreed.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to the Czech Republic and Slovakia only. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with the customer, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the purchase contract has been concluded.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, force majeure or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. This does not limit the customer’s statutory rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, refused delivery, or failed to collect the parcel within the carrier collection period, the customer may be required to pay the cost of re-shipping.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, except where a statutory exception applies.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of the decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent to info@harunaru.eu. The customer may use the model withdrawal form below, but use of the form is not mandatory.
The customer must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will reimburse payments received from the customer, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returned products should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. The customer is responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that are not suitable for return once opened cannot be returned after the protective seal has been broken or removed. This exception does not apply to goods that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by mandatory statutory rights.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery at info@harunaru.eu. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, photographs of the product and packaging.
Consumers may exercise statutory rights in relation to defects that become apparent within the period provided by applicable law. We will confirm receipt of the complaint and inform the customer of how it has been resolved. Consumer complaints will be handled without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the complaint is submitted, unless a longer period is expressly agreed with the customer.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, a reasonable price reduction or withdrawal from the purchase contract. Rights relating to defective goods are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
10. Product Information and Safe Use
Our cosmetic products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated. Please read the product instructions before use and check the ingredient list for possible allergies. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses or delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights, liability for defective products, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos and product descriptions, is the property of Bramasole Prague s.r.o. or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and the purchase contract are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protection granted to them under the laws of their country of habitual residence.
The jurisdiction of courts shall be determined in accordance with applicable Czech and European Union law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights of consumers.
15. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If a consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract cannot be resolved directly between the seller and the consumer, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to:
