HARUNARU MEMBER CARD

IEUM Card이음 카드

이음 — IEUM — means connection in Korean. It is the name of our membership, and how we think about the people who shop with us. Not a transaction. A connection that continues.

One card connects the HARUNARU e-shop (harunaru.eu) and KVASOUL, where you can use it today. It is coming soon to our Korean restaurants in Prague, Numaru and Prahaggogi. Your member discount starts at 5% and grows to 15%.

Definition

What it is

IEUM is our free membership. There is no fee to join and no fee to stay.

It defines connection as continuity. Points are counted for life, your stage never drops, and the longer your routine continues, the more your membership reflects it.

It is a direct membership between you and us. It works in our own store and our own venues, and nowhere else.

One membership connects your routine notes, sample invitations and pop-up visits in one place. Your member discount applies at the e-shop and KVASOUL today; in-restaurant use at Numaru and Prahaggogi is coming soon.

The system

How it works

The mechanism is short enough to state in four steps.

1

Shop or dine

You earn 1 point for every 10 CZK you spend on eligible purchases — on harunaru.eu or at the table in Prague.

2

Points count for life

They do not expire and your total never resets. No point mathematics to track.

3

Your stage grows

Your lifetime total sets your membership stage. Your stage sets your discount.

4

The discount just applies

Your stage’s discount is applied automatically when you pay — in the e-shop, sign in with your member e-mail and it appears in your cart. Points are not money — never paid out, transferred or bought — and they are never spent: your points stay untouched.

Where it works

HARUNARU e-shopharunaru.eu — Korean skincare routines, curated in Prague
KVASOULBoat restaurant in Prague — available now
NumaruKorean restaurant in Prague — coming soon
PrahaggogiKorean restaurant in Prague — coming soon

One member record — your points and your stage follow you.

Four stages of one routine

Membership stages

The four stages are not ranks to race through. They mark a routine that has continued.

Family5%from 0 pointsWhere every membership begins.
Star8%from 2,000 pointsA routine that has settled in.
Superstar12%from 10,000 pointsA long relationship, reflected.
VIP15%from 30,000 pointsThe longest connections we hold.

You earn 1 point for every 10 CZK you spend on eligible purchases. Stages only move forward: once you reach a stage, you keep it. There is no yearly reset and no demotion.

Plain words, before the paperwork

Our data promise

Before you join, here is how we handle your data, in plain words. The full privacy notice is one tap away, and it stays available after you join.

  • Who is responsible. Bramasole Prague s.r.o., IČ 047 41 439, Prague, Czech Republic — the data controller for your membership.
  • What we collect. Your name and an email address or phone number. Your birthday is optional, and we store it as month and day only, never the year. We also keep the totals of your purchases, to count your points.
  • Why. To run your membership: identify you, count your points, apply your stage discount. The membership itself never requires marketing consent.
  • Two things that may surprise you, said openly. If you choose personalised benefits, we use your purchase history to shape them. And because one membership works across our participating places — currently the HARUNARU e-shop and KVASOUL — those places share the membership data needed to recognise you. The current participating places are listed in the Membership Rules.
  • Marketing email is optional and double opt-in. You tick the box, then confirm by email. Without that confirmation, nothing is sent. Declining changes nothing about your membership.
  • Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Leaving is at least as easy as joining.

A promise read in both directions

Join

We review products before listing them. We apply the same standard to our rules: before you join, we ask you to actually read them.

Signing up has two steps. First you read the membership rules and the privacy notice — all the way to the end. Then the short sign-up form opens.

Reading is not consent. The boxes at the end are yours to tick, and nothing is ticked for you.

Membership is free and open to anyone aged 15 or over.

Always available

Documents

Both documents stay available here, outside the sign-up, at any time.

  • Membership Rules — read online below, anytime. You can also print or save this page from your browser. The version number and effective date are shown at the top of the document.
  • Privacy Notice — read online below, anytime. You can also print or save this page from your browser. The version number and effective date are shown at the top of the document.

The document version in force when you join is recorded with your membership, so you can always check which version you agreed to.

Membership Rules — full text (IEUM-RULES-20260725-v2)

IEUM Membership Rules

Version IEUM-RULES-20260725-v2. Effective 25 July 2026.

1. Who runs the program

The IEUM Card program is operated by Bramasole Prague s.r.o., IČ 047 41 439, registered in Prague, Czech Republic. The “participating places” where the IEUM Card can currently be used are the HARUNARU e-shop (harunaru.eu) and KVASOUL. Bramasole Prague also operates the Numaru and Prahaggogi Korean restaurants in Prague; these will be added as participating places once in-restaurant use of the card is available. The current list of participating places is always stated in these Rules.

2. What the card is

IEUM is a free group membership. It connects your purchases at the participating places — currently the HARUNARU e-shop and KVASOUL — into one member record, so your points and your stage follow you across the participating places. There is no fee at any time.

3. Joining

  • You join through the sign-up form on harunaru.eu — this page or the home page — or with our staff at KVASOUL.
  • You must be at least 15 years old.
  • One membership per person.
  • Please give truthful details; we rely on them to run your membership.

4. Points

You earn 1 point for every 10 CZK spent on eligible purchases at participating places. Points are counted for the life of your membership; they add up and are not reset.

Points are a counter, not a currency. Your lifetime total determines your membership stage, and your stage’s percentage discount is applied automatically when you pay. Points themselves are never spent, deducted or converted, and:

  • they are never cash and can never be paid out,
  • they cannot be transferred to another person,
  • they cannot be purchased,
  • they have no monetary value outside the program.

5. Membership stages

Your stage is based on your lifetime points. Once you reach a stage, it never drops.

StageLifetime pointsDiscountWhat it means
Family05%Where every membership begins
Star2,0008%A routine that has continued
Superstar10,00012%A longer record of steady visits and orders
VIP30,00015%The longest-standing members of the program

This table forms part of these rules.

6. Your member card

At present your membership is a digital record. A physical card may be issued later; it would be linked to the same record and the same choices you have already made, without collecting your consent again.

7. Changes to the program

We may change earn rates, stages or benefits. We announce changes on this page in advance, before they take effect. A change never removes a stage you have already reached. If you do not agree with a change, you may end your membership at any time before it takes effect.

8. Ending the membership

  • You may leave at any time, by email or in person at a participating place. Remaining points lapse when the membership ends.
  • We may end a membership for misuse of the program, for example false details or manipulation of points, with notice to you.
  • The program itself may be discontinued with advance notice on this page.

9. Governing law

These rules are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

Consumer disputes that we cannot resolve together may be brought to out-of-court dispute resolution before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), coi.cz.

10. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is described in the separate IEUM Membership Privacy Notice, available next to these rules.

11. Contact

Questions about the program: info@harunaru.eu.

Privacy Notice — full text (IEUM-PRIVACY-20260725-v2)

IEUM Membership Privacy Notice

Version IEUM-PRIVACY-20260725-v2. Effective 25 July 2026.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Bramasole Prague s.r.o., IČ 047 41 439, Prague, Czech Republic, the operator of the HARUNARU e-shop, KVASOUL, and the Numaru and Prahaggogi Korean restaurants in Prague. Contact: info@harunaru.eu.

2. What we collect

  • your name,
  • your email address and/or phone number,
  • optionally, your birthday — month and day only, never the year,
  • your preferred language,
  • the totals of your purchases at participating places, so we can add your points,
  • only if you consent to personalized benefits, the items in your purchases, so we can shape those benefits.

We do not ask for more. A membership does not need your address, your birth year or any identity document.

Your name and an email address or phone number are required to conclude the membership — without them we cannot create it. Your birthday is optional and is used only to recognise your birthday — for example a birthday greeting, if you have also chosen marketing email; leaving it out changes nothing. Your preferred language is used only to communicate with you.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • Running your membership — your member record, points, stage and discounts, including purchase totals from both the e-shop and the restaurants — is based on our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Marketing email is sent only if you separately consent. We use double opt-in: you confirm your address by clicking a link before any marketing arrives. You can withdraw at any time, from every email or by writing to us.
  • Personalized benefits based on your purchase history are offered only if you separately consent. This is profiling used only to offer you benefits; we make no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Both optional consents are unticked by default. Saying no, or withdrawing later, never affects your membership or your points.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

5. Who helps us

Service providers process data on our behalf for hosting and email delivery. We use EU-based providers, each bound by a GDPR data-processing contract, and they may act only on our instructions.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for the duration of your membership. After you leave, it is deleted or anonymized, except data we must keep under accounting and tax law, which is retained for the statutory period and then deleted. We also keep the record of your consents for as long as we need to be able to demonstrate that they were validly given — as a rule no longer than four years after your membership ends.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time for:

  • access to your data,
  • rectification of anything inaccurate,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • a portable copy of your data,
  • objection to processing,
  • withdrawal of any consent — as easy as giving it was.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz.

8. Contact and changes

Write to info@harunaru.eu about anything in this notice. If this notice changes, the new version and its effective date will be published on this page.

Remaining questions

FAQ

Is the membership free?

Yes. Free to join, free to keep. There is no minimum spend, points do not expire, and your stage never drops.

How do points work?

You earn 1 point for every 10 CZK you spend on eligible purchases. Your lifetime total sets your stage, and your stage’s discount is applied automatically when you pay. Points are not money: they cannot be paid out, transferred, or bought, and they are never spent or deducted — your discount comes from your stage, not from your points.

Where does the membership work?

Your membership lives at harunaru.eu, where it connects your routine notes, sample invitations and pop-up visits in one place. The membership discount applies in the e-shop — sign in with your member e-mail — and at KVASOUL. In-restaurant use at Numaru and Prahaggogi is coming soon. The current list of participating venues is always stated in the Membership Rules.

What data do you store about me?

Your name, an email address or phone number, and — only if you choose to share it — your birthday as month and day, never the year. We also keep the purchase records needed to count points and apply your stage. The details are in the Privacy Notice above.

How do I leave?

At any time, with immediate effect, using the contact details in the Membership Rules. Remaining points lapse when the membership ends. Marketing email is separate: every email carries an unsubscribe link, with no reading step and no questions asked. If we ever disagree, you can also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

Is there a physical card?

No, and none is needed. IEUM is a digital membership: staff can find your membership at the till from your details.

I already signed up on the home page. Do I need to do this again?

No. One person, one membership — if you joined through the home page, you are already a member and this page changes nothing. The newsletter is a separate content subscription — not a membership — and joining IEUM is its own free choice.
